MyPointOfSale is designed to be up and running fast. No IT team required, no complex configuration, no long training sessions. Here's exactly what happens when you get started.
Request a QuoteContact our team via the Request a Quote form or Contact page. We'll set up your account configured for your store type — grocery, supermarket, general store, or mini mart — and send you your login credentials.
Log in and set up your store profile — name, address, currency, tax settings, and receipt format. This takes about 5 minutes and you only do it once. For multi-branch businesses, set up each branch separately.
Enter your product catalogue: product name, barcode (scan it directly), category, selling price, purchase cost, and starting stock level. Add products one by one or import from a spreadsheet. Most stores are fully set up within an hour.
Plug in your barcode scanner (USB or Bluetooth) — the system detects it automatically. Connect your receipt printer and run a test print. Most standard thermal and A4 printers work out of the box.
If you have staff, create individual cashier accounts with their own login. Set permissions — billing only, or with inventory access. Sales are tracked per cashier automatically.
Open the POS screen, scan your first product's barcode, select a payment method, and complete the sale. The receipt prints, inventory updates, and the sale appears in your reports — instantly.
Once you're set up, here's how a typical day looks for a store owner using MyPointOfSale.
Cashiers log in with their own accounts. The system is ready to bill immediately — even if the internet is slow or offline. No "start of day" procedure needed.
Scan products, accept payments, print receipts, process refunds if needed. Every transaction updates inventory and appears in reports in real time.
Review today's sales summary, net revenue, top products, and payment breakdown. Check low-stock alerts and place orders for tomorrow's restocking.
